"The location of the hotel was perfect. The view of the castle from our room was breathtaking. The hotel was the staff could not have been nicer. We had breakfast (buffet) - it was delish. I would recommend upgrading to a room with a castle view - it is 100% worth it. Looking forward to going back to Scotland - will absolutely stay at this location again."

"Virgin Hotel Edinburgh is the place to stay while visiting this city! It's location on Victoria Street is central to everything and in tbe heart of the town. The customer service in the hotel is outstanding, truly white glove. All the staff go out of their way to make your stay as comfortable as possible."

"The location was great for getting into downtown Edinburgh by bus. Very Easy pick up and drop off out front. Parking can be an issue. Limited space on property but then you can pay to park in zoo parking lot, or keep moving your car as spots open up. Inquire more for parking. Also please be aware there are no wash cloths in Scotland or Ireland. Not even at a Holiday Inn. We went and bought one at a beauty/pharmacy store."
