This charming 79m² apartment is located on the third floor and is accessible by stairs. Ideally situated close to Edinburgh’s top attractions—such as Edinburgh Castle, the Royal Mile, Arthur’s Seat, and the National Museum—it’s the perfect base for exploring all the city has to offer.
The living room is comfortably furnished with a cosy seating area, a TV for your favourite shows, and a dining table, making it a great space to relax and spend quality time with your group.
The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances, essential cookware, and crockery to meet all your culinary needs. A washer is also provided for your convenience.
Both bedrooms are tastefully decorated, offering a calm and inviting atmosphere. The double beds come with complimentary hotel-quality linens for a restful night’s sleep, and one bedroom includes a desk and chair—perfect for remote work or study.
The 1.5 bathrooms are well-appointed with all the essentials, including fresh towels and complimentary toiletries for your convenience.
The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.
Situated in a vibrant and emerging area of Edinburgh, this neighbourhood combines local charm with modern convenience. With a wide selection of cafés, pubs, and restaurants nearby, there’s no shortage of dining and entertainment options. Excellent public transport links make it easy to explore the city’s top attractions, including the iconic Edinburgh Castle and the Royal Mile. Enjoy a peaceful atmosphere while remaining just a short distance from the bustling city centre—perfect for those seeking an authentic Edinburgh experience.
The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.
The nearest train station, Haymarket, is just a 6-minute walk.
Edinburgh Airport is a 26-minute drive from the property.
This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM).
Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee.
We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
