"Elevator has been out of service for 2 weeks! No notice by Expedia of this"

"Front desk staff were all so pleasant! The only drawbacks were the vending machines only took cash, and there wasn’t an ATM on site. Other than that, great value for a nice room!"

"Very nice and reasonable rates. Didn't stay for breakfast but beds were comfy."

"Es bonito estar en ese hotel, es limpio y tan amable"

"Bed was hard. Freezer part of the mini fridge door was broke."

"Very nice staff. My husband enjoyed the continental breakfast"

"The front door didn’t seal when closed. You could see gaps almost all the way around the door. The lock on the door was falling off. The toilet didn’t flush even if you just peed you had to plung it every time. The water in the shower was barely Luke warm. Bed was sooooo squeaky and loud!"

"Easy check in. Rooms and property were clean. Staff friendly."

"No working ice machine, very difficult to find front door of this hotel and whole place in desperate need of renovation. Laminated floors so can hear every step in rooms above. Found wad of hair on bed. Got this room with expedia so very glad didn't pay the walk in rate."

"The staff was NEVER at the front desk. The bathroom was very dirty. Moldy shower curtain and the water built up to your ankles in the shower. Room service never came to take dirty towels and they never brought clean towels. I had to get my own towels and toilet paper! I will NEVER stay there again."

"Overall property is clean. However the accessible bathroom bottom area was not sealed and some kind material seeped through while showering and property management could do better job. Also the insulation is very low between rooms and you could hear conversations from next room"
