"Nice and clean hotel staff all very friendly.In a good location for big ben and the London eye but quite a distance for shopping.Breakfast was good too.We got off a flight from Australia and got to hotel early in morning thought we had to check in at 2pm but staff allowed us to check in early which was very nice"

"All was as to be expected in a compact central London basic room, but improvements could be: a small shelf on the side of the bed away from the wall. Had to put my case there to balance my phone. Not ideal. I was staying with partner and there was a shelf on one side of bed against the wall, but definitely room to allow a shelf on both. More places to hang clothes. Frosted window so wouldn't have to pull curtains when changing (was opposite the windows of another building). The air con pumped out air freshener which I'm not a fan of as allergic, was ok when turned off. Somewhere to put toiletries in the shower. Staff were great though and good place if you are prepared for basic."

"A long weekday stay when catching up with my older sun. Great location for sightsee, the infinity pool on the 52nf floor has amazing views of London. Good breakfast with lots of options. Highly recommended"

"The only problem was the slope in the bath. In order to get under the shower, you have to walk uphill and stand on the slope. That makes it feel precarious and slippery, and I don't think it's very safe."

"Room was clean and quiet. Nice view. Bottle of water in fridge was empty though but that's ok. I was upgraded to their studio which was a pleasant surprise. Overall, very good experience"
