" I accidentally booked the wrong date for my stay — I intended to book for tomorrow, but mistakenly selected today because I made the booking late at night around 11:30pm. I fully understand that the reservation was non-refundable, and I was not asking for a refund, only a one-day date change. I spent over 3 hours communicating with customer service until 2:30am, but the only option offered was to pay an additional £210, bringing the total to £353 for one night without breakfast, which is more than double my original booking. Considering this was just a small, understandable mistake made late at night, this felt extremely unreasonable and showed a lack of flexibility or customer care. I hope management will review this situation and consider a more customer-friendly approach"

"It was an awful eperience staying at Novotel waterloo. I spent £410 for an night. We checked in very late night around 1:00 AM. When I entered in the room it was very disgusting smell coming out of toilet and bathroom. so I called reception then the lady came with the room freshner. We couldn't slept for whole night as it was so hot because air conditioning wasn't working at all. Kids were crying for the whole night. Worst ever experience. I stayed with alot of different Accor brand hotel but this time it was that bad that won't be going with any Accor brand hotel. I told at the reception about everything and they apologies."

"On check we had this ridiculous discussion that I was not a Gold member because I had not booked via Hilton site. I did not personally book it but i was treated badly - not recognising that I am a Gold member and still paying good money to Hilton to stay there."
