"Un ora di attesa prima di essere trasferiti in altra sede, dove nessuna foto corrispondeva alla realtà. Bagno condiviso per 4 stanze che ha smesso di funzionare senza che nessuno intervenisse. Cucina in disordine. Aria condizionata solo nel salone comune, bisogna dormire a porta aperta. Evitate di venirci. E invito hotels.com a verificare la situazione perchè secondo me queste realtà gettano discrezione sull organizzazione centrale"

"The hotel itself is an older Soviet-era building with very outdated plumbing, carpets, and rooms. The lobby, however, is renovated and modern. The location is also a big plus - it is very convenient to major attractions and there are plenty of coffee shops and cafes right nearby. ​The staff is wonderful - especially the cleaning ladies on the 10th floor, who were incredibly helpful, accommodating, and friendly. ​The included breakfast is good enough, though the staff clearly gets overwhelmed...
