"The room we got was stunning and everything was incredibly clean and well maintained. The only comment I have is that it is not easy to contact the staff. The Spa was closed (at least we weren't able to open it). I tried calling the number provided several times to ask about it, but I never got a response. Finally, the AC unit in our room was turned on and there were no instructions on how to turn it off or anything. I tried calling to ask, but again no answer. We had to turn on the heating...

"For an older hotel in downtown chilliwack. The place is very nice and I got a deal the night I stayed there. Got the big suite with a jacuzzi bath tub. The beds are nice. I will stay here again in the future."

"We stayed in the beautiful Swiss Chalet. It was spacious. The view of the mountains in the front and the river at the back were calming and relaxing. The rooms were very clean, the beds were good. The boys love the rainfall showers and the Japanese toilet😁 The staff were very friendly. We’ll definitely come back."

"Room was clean. Air conditioner didn’t work the best and it was a hot day so that’s the only reason for 4 stars. Other than that it was great. Comfortable beds. Close to where we needed to be."
