Le logement est propre et bien entretenu (cuisine, SDB et pièce de vie). La literie est propre et le lit est confortable. La cuisine est équipée donc pratique pour cuisiner ou réchauffer des plats. La description et les photos sur le site correspondent parfaitement à la réalité. L’endroit est très cosy. Il y a même une terrasse, idéale pour se détendre ou profiter d’un apéro en fin de journée à la lueur du soleil couchant. Emplacement : l'endroit est vraiment calme et reposant. Un gros plus, c’est sa localisation : il est super bien placé, tout près de la départementale. La position est stratégique, puisqu’elle permet de rejoindre rapidement les principaux sites touristiques incontournables du département. Par exemple, en une semaine, on a pu faire l’île de Ré, l’île d’Oléron, la Rochelle, Rochefort, Royan, Saintes et les alentours des villes citées. De plus, pour faire les courses quotidiennes, il y a un supermarché à seulement 3 minutes en voiture à Échillais, ou un centre commercial à 7 minutes en voiture vers le sud de Rochefort. C’est très pratique. Accueil : notre hôte nous a vraiment bien accueillis. Il est gentil, chaleureux, disponible et réactif quand il faut, tout en restant discret. Appréciation globale : on a passé un super séjour dans ce gîte. Ça nous a vraiment permis de faire une vraie coupure, et on s’est sentis très bien. Pas de doute, pour nos prochaines vacances dans la région, on pensera à cet endroit, qui nous a laissé un souvenir merveilleux.

logement sale, pas de ménage, invasion de fourmis, frigo très bruyant qui empêche de dormir, douche pas étanche (après la douche la salle d'eau est inondée). Une honte vu le prix de la location 900 euros.

Il est très facile de se déplacer en voiture dans tout le département puisque la route est juste là et qu'il est également situé au centre de la Charente Maritime, vous pourrez donc vous déplacer très rapidement. Le propriétaire est très gentil et attentionné. Nous avons été très bons.

Superbe semaine de vacances (malgré le temps pas top top), hôtes super accueillants, découverte et initiation de la vigne, très intéressant, nous avons appris pleins de choses et en bonus, l'humour, la convivialité, le partage en toute simplicité, le retour à la nature, ça fait du bien.
