"I didn’t realize what I was booking was the absolute bottom of the barrel of budget hotels. My first and last time with the F1hotel brand. I now know it is an ultra budget hotel but even at that price it was extremely disappointing. It is not very clear from the advert but showers and toilets are communal and are so filthy that they are basically unusable."

"It was a very old and dirty apartment which needed refurbishment 20 years ago. The smell was gross. The carpets disaster and the sofa literally belonged to the street. The bed and sheets were clean, so was the toilet. We arrived very late (5am) check-in was very simple but I wouldn’t have stayed if it was day time. The only staff we saw in the morning was a young lady at the reception. She was very kind. We were late for breakfast (which we paid for) she offered a refund but wasn’t able to do it. Still we got coffee and croissants from here. I don’t think that we will ever visit again. "

"Basic. Beds were clean. Room dated. Bathroom very odd. We had a family room which had a wet room style shower. It was impossible to keep anything in the bathroom dry and it even began leaking outside the room. The shower head was positioned at a very odd angle making it very hard to shower. Towels were small and very cheap. No extra pillows in the room. The hotel had a slightly weird odour overall. The location is convenient for the motorway but no facilities nearby at all. Staff were good. Cost for the facilities and quality of the accommodation was not acceptable. "
