"Clean and spacious room. Staff very welcoming and helpful. Very convenient for Midi station and only a 15 minute walk to the city centre. Breakfast was delicious - lots of choice!"

"I stayed for one night with my son, the staff were very friendly, the room was small but thoughtfully designed, with a window seat and desk. The air con was not working, so we were glad it was not a hot night. The pool was small but very nice."

"Loved the stay, the rooms were nice and clean, the staff was great, and the roof top bar was a nice find for great views of the city. The hotel is a very short walk from the Central station and right behind Grand Place making it super convenient. The food & beer choices at their restaurant could have been better given the options around but not too bad either. All in all loved the hotel and would go back if in that area."

"This was a one night stay with an early checkout so did not have time to try out the breakfast, had a lovely room with a bath and comfy bed, the tv had a wide selection of channels , the hotel itself adjacent to Brussels midi so ideal for the airport shuttle bus . And tube to the grand palace for a bit of sight seeing , friendly staff on check in and out and helpful with directions when reqd."

"On arrival we was greeted by Damien to be fair we was very early he let us check in extra €20 he was very polite and helpful he even gave me a free cup of coffee that guy clearly cares about his job and had a lot of respect the room was spacious 508 very clean comfy bed and great shower power"

"We stayed in the newly renovated part of the hotel and the rooms were really nice big size the bathrooms were excellent clean and spacious and all the facilities were really well maintained with great air-con as well in the summer. Create location in the city just on Louisa road so great access to everything."
Bedford Hotel & Congress Centre

"We had a huge room and lovely bathroom. The rooms were cleaned daily and beds were very comfortable. Air conditioning was a bonus. We stayed for breakfast on one occasion,it was very busy and the queue for the coffee machine was not great. We only wanted hot water for our tea so a separate hot water dispenser would have been ideal. Tea and coffee was available in the room, but we had to ask for tea bags as they were not replenished. All in all, our stay was super and I would not hesitate to return or recommend this hotel."
