Would definitely stay here again while in Tokyo. My only suggestion is to consider implementing a lunch and dinner component. The keikyu-kamata station is a few minutes walk with many surrounding restaurants making a convenient stay for new comers to Tokyo. "

"Room is very clean and staffs are friendly. They also offer bread and some drinks in the hotel lobby for breakfast. Location is also accessible to the train station and some convenient stores and restaurants. Highly recommended! "
