10 ⭐️ property - excellent room, comfy beds, easy check in and check out, next to practically the best restaurants in London (Italian, Thai, bars & pub food etc.) and at least 8 convenience stores within 1 minute walk. A cell phone store across the street so we could buy adaptors and cords. Plus bus stops and train station all within blocks of the hotel. We bought beer and ice and they provided a container we could use! Kindness and hospitality galore. We stayed 3 days and would definitely stay...

We were pleasantly surprised with food for dinner and breakfast! I would say the only complaint that we had was the parking outside. If you pay before you go inside you will pay significantly more than if you go inside. There's no signage that says it's cheaper if you go inside and there is no refund.

Staff were very helpful and accommodating

The hospitality was some of the best i have ever experienced. The food was great, the beer garden was perfect. Brian and Sue and the entire staff were absolutely the best and will forever be a memorable part of our trip. Yes, the building is old, 1600s. To us, that is a key part of the charm. You wont be disappointed. Dont hesitate. Dont overthink it. Book your stay here.

Very nice stay! Breakfast was good. The lobby/bar area was really cool! Room was comfortable and the towels were a great student, 2 problems the extraction fan was not working and the towel warming rack was not working. Close the train station. Parking was plentiful. Located right next to the Mick Jagger and Keith Richards Glitter Twins Statue, fun fact Dartford is the childhood home for both of them!

Always stay here staff are excellent. Hotel room has everything we need and sitting out looking onto the lake is stunning Food is reasonably priced and you can have it brought to your room for a service charge. Breakfast is good or if you’re going out for the day they offer sandwiches instead.

Better to enjoy your coffee there rather than get it to go. The takeaway cups are so small that you end up throwing away half your coffee. They should offer larger takeaway cups to avoid this waste.

Good place for its price, good size rooms and nice environment in overall. Very good communication with the maneger, but their Wi Fi has very low signal and almost 0 speed, but everything else was perfect! I would recommend this place.
