Access to the central terrace of the Esplanade du Valentin will be prohibited (due to construction work on the covered parking). Access to the residence entrances and shops is possible via a designated access road.

Optional additional services at preferential rates: linen and towel rental, end-of-stay cleaning.

Security deposit: €260 (credit card imprint).

End-of-stay cleaning is not included and remains the responsibility of the tenant. If the tenant does not wish to clean the property, they can opt for the cleaning service (excluding washing dishes, taking out the trash, and making up the bedding).
The cost of this optional cleaning service is €80.
