This 32m² studio is ideally located in the heart of the Gourette resort, on the 6th floor of a residence with elevator.
The living room consists of a sofa bed for two people, a television and opens onto a balcony with a beautiful view of the mountains.
The kitchenette is equipped with a ceramic hob/oven, microwave, refrigerator, electric coffee maker, toaster.
In the entrance hallway, you will find an alcove with four bunk beds (90x190) as well as a bathroom with separate toilet.
Pets not allowed.

Access to the central terrace of the esplanade du valentin will be prohibited (covered parking works). Access to the residence entrances and shops is possible thanks to a traffic lane.

Tourist tax: current rate / night / person aged 18 and over.
Optional + services at preferential rates: rental of sheets, towels, end-of-stay cleaning.
