Universal's Cabana Bay Beach Resort
"Felt like our room was not properly cleaned. There was trash sticking out from under one of the beds and the room had a smell. They offered to come reclean it quick for us but it was late at night and my kids had already fallen asleep"

"Beautiful property with great amenities and fun activities. We really enjoyed our stay! The room was a bit dated, and we noticed some visible dust buildup on the air conditioning vent/filter. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely return."
