"There were a few little problems (tv, bad odour from sink) but the staff very helpful and friendly. Location is great!"

"Beautiful hotel, Great Location. Quiet, clean, pleasant staff."

Excellent communication with quick responses both before and during stay ensuring we were kept updated on all relevant information. I would certainly recommend Luis without hesitation. The property was exactly as described and located in a good quiet area of the city centre whilst having quick and easy access to local resources in regards entertainment, shops, restaurants etc. Very happy our choice of both...

"Very good comms and helpful owner. Just the accommodation required. Very good indeed and we all slept well! The pink pub opposite was also very welcoming!"

"The property was very clean, well designed, nicely decorated and very comfortable. We enjoyed our stay very much."
