"Perfect getaway for the visiting grandparents!!"

"We enjoyed staying at this property very much. It was very clean and well stocked. Everything was labeled for easy access as well. It provided us with a great location that allowed us to explore Denver and the surrounding mountain areas."

"It was a really clean place. The host is amazing and very effective communication. The location is central but the neighborhood was okay. It's not scenic and is around refineries but we didn't have any issues. Host is very thoughtful. The house was stocked with basic necessities and some good to have items. We never felt like we left home."

"The owners were a great help from the start and the property was amazing. I will definitely be booking this place again when I am back in the area."

"My family of 11 had plenty of room and kids found something to do ages 3-17."

"The parking and check in for the property was easy and well communicated. It’s located in a quiet spot with a ton of things to do within a short walk."

"As a part of a long road trip across the country and back, this little place was so comfortable and welcoming! Clay is a great host. We liked so many things about the house, but I will begin with the location. There are several parks within walking distance. Old Town Arvada is a 25 minute walk and has so many charming shops and eateries. We went downtown to visit the capitol building too. The security guard told us about a tour beginning in just a few minutes. It was so informative and we really...

"This place was the real deal. Everything that was listed or pictured exceeded expectations a true getaway. Our host was truly amazing immediate responses to any questions we had and gave us all the space you would want from a host. We couldn't be more pleased with our stay. We'll definitely book with this hosts properties in the future. Much appreciated. Thank you, Kendra"

"Cute place and private"

"We absolutely loved this apartment! The kitchen and laundry room were huge perks—it truly felt like a home away from home. Being able to cook our favorite comfort meals and tackle laundry whenever we wanted made the stay so easy and relaxing. It’s exceptionally clean and in a wonderfully convenient location. Highly recommend!"
