"We booked and it wasn’t ready at 2pm and then we got (they said) upgraded but our room was musty and right near the pub and parking was miles away and it was pouring. We went to the Lorne hotel for dinner which was amazing and came back and we were locked out of our room (almost midnight) and it took reception over 20+ minutes to arrive. We had a buffet. Breakfast included also and it was awful. There was a group of 15 of us so thank goodness we had company as the accomodation was a 2/10"

"I liked that we could get a room at 8.30 pm. Very tricky reception Chinese gentleman using translator app on phone. To communicate. On arrival at room kitchen floor area was wet. All plugs removed from sockets. No electricity blankets. Plus the sheets felt damp. Ended up sleeping on top of bed. They do need to lift the standard. But for 85 dollars- can’t expect much."

"We were a little skeptical about staying in a Safari Tent but it was an amazing experience. The ace was exceptionally clean. The electric blanket kept us nice and toasty and we woke to the sound of birds chirping. Overall it was a great experience and my wife said it was the best stay yet."

"There is a beautiful coastal walk just up the road and near the lighthouse is a lovely tearoom with lunches as well."

"The view from our room was excellent, but the property has seen its better days, it urgently need a new make over."
