The hotel is excellently located for access to all areas including the old town, Mala Strana, Charles Bridge and the new town. Breakfast was a slightly crowded on the first day so we went down earlier the next couple of days and it was much better. Highly recommended hotel."

Everything was wonderful, staff, the car service, breakfast, vicinity of hotel, metro (although, we didn't use; it's right outside the front door) etc. I traveled with my 13-year old daughter and it was situated in a safe location.
