"My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our two night stay at this luxury hotel directly across the Granada Cathedral, in the heart of the city. We were concerned about the noise from the busy street, but not a sound was perceptible from our room (#222). Our window faced the interior and we were okay with that, as we were in the room, primarily to sleep and to nap. The mattress, and linen sheets were of high quality, allowing restful sleep. The staff were attentive and helpful, even calling our hotel to clarify billing information for our next stay in another city. We were sorry that we did not pre-pay for the hotel breakfast, as the menu and food looked delicious. We did not eat here because it was after 11 AM, when they stopped serving."

"The hotel is ideally located. Walking distance from historical centre, very convenient to reach by car. Rooms are spacious and well maintained. Breakfast is really good and convenient . Restaurant on side is good too, especially when arriving at 10:30 PM. Staff super helpful. Only drawback is the parking, which has super narrow ramps, making it very scary to move the car. We ended up leaving the car in the parking and only walk to avoid scratching it."

"We loved the convenience of being able to drive right to the door of the hotel and use the valet parking. The junior suite was very spacious and modern. Short walk to good restaurants. Easy walk (down the hill) to main attractions (but we took cabs on the way back)."

"Nice big room. Very quiet. Room included every toiletry you could think of. Friendly staff that put up with my poor Spanish and all knew English. Close to multiple major bus lines and the light rail line making it easy to get around town."
