"Although there was building works going on, it didn't detract from our stay in this magnificent hotel. The staff are super friendly, helpful and efficient. Our room was luxurious and spacious with views over the city. We ate in the restaurant and the food and service was first class. Can't recommend this hotel enough with easy access to Lahambra and the city."

"El hotel esta genial ,super lindo y bien ubicado solo no le doy sus 5 estrellas por el calor y la calidad de sus sabanas, el a/c aunque lo bajamos muchisimo solo casi amaneciendo es que logra enfriar bien. Es una pena que no mejoren ese detalle para sus 5 estrellas"

"The hotel is upscale and modern with a lobby and cool glass dome elevators It is located close to the train station the town center (away from the touristy noise) within a very short walking distance. The reception desk was friendly and checked us in promptly. The room was modern with a great shower and amenities too. They also have a restaurant on site and an outdoor terrace. Even though I did not go, it looks pretty cool."
