"Arrive to meet host, showed around, clean tidy, perfect communication throughtout the stay. We did have a small issue through the stay and this was dealt with efficiently and promptly. We are looking to stay again in April we were that impressed. Tea and coffee were also provided and soap in the bathroom, this was an added bonus and very welcome. "

"Had a lovely stay at the Aethelred Annexe! Great amenities and an incredibly generous host. It felt very warm and cozy and the bed was super comfy. Great location for a quick drive/ bus into the city centre. Would absolutely recommend."

"Property was fantastic location to easily access Southampton and was better equipped than expected.. Really nice touches of the teas /coffee in each room etc, with lovely decor, clean tidy wand welcoming. Only think that would have made it even better is a little milk given their is a full kitchen. We did bring milk along but arriving later and not knowing thr area wasn't sure where to get some additional from. Would definitely look up this property to stay In Southampton again"
