"Nice and clean, well decorated but small. Very noisy road, and very hot throughout our stay. As the inside temperature never dropped below 24 degrees (19th to 24th June), we tried to leave bedroom windows open at night, but only did so for an hour on the first night, as there is so much traffic for most of the night, roaring up and down, so not had a lot of sleep. Took coffee bags with us as no coffee maker, as per previous reviews. Power shower was pretty weak but sufficed. Very small...

"The house, location and local amenities were excellent. We had no problems with cleanliness as stated in other reviews and the house was very well equipped. Sadly, the wind was high during our stay so we couldn’t use the hot tub but that’s Britain for you! Local bar and restaurant, the White Horse was excellent; the food and service was impeccable and we would highly recommend it. The beach, although cold, was perfect and all in all our short stop to this area of the world for the first time...

"The property was not that clean. Cobwebs on most curtains and in other areas. Its sleeps 5 people but only enough crockery for 4 and half of the plates had cracks. ( i do have photos). Over all a disappointment."

"Our stay at the last carriage was lovely from start to finish! Beautiful carriage renovation, idyllic and peaceful setting. A great place to retreat from the hustle n bustle, one night wasn't enough!
Thank you Jo."

"Enjoyed a nice half term break at Little Barn, Holt. Nicely located a short walk to the town centre, cosy little cottage, comfortable room (we used the second bedroom with bunk beds for storage/getting ready). Clean and tidy, nicely decorated throughout. We signed into Netflix via TV (no DVD player).
Quick drive to Cley for the sea, we used it as a base to explore Holt and the surrounding towns and beaches. Safe parking.

"We had a wonderful stay at the Coach House in Norfolk for our daughter’s 30th birthday. It made it even more special as it was dog friendly too. The cottage was clean, cosy and equipped with everything you would need for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect and very peaceful and relaxing whilst still being close to lovely towns and villages and coastal walks. We couldn’t fault Serena the host as she was very responsive to our issues and needs. A couple of teething problems arose and...

"Fantastic little cottage in a gorgeous location. It had everything we needed and was lovely and cosy. The pub across the road is great - the kids had a brilliant time playing in the garden while we enjoyed a drink in the afternoon sun! Would definitely stay again "

"Genuinely really good. Keith on reception was great and lovely touches like homemade cookies made it really memorable. Lovely setting and really dog friendly!"
"Stayed at The Royal Hotel in Mundesly(its not Norwich at all) for three nights over the August Bank Holiday. We cannot praise it enough. The staff were excellent. We witnessed customer care that went above the norm. We would name Will, attentive, friendly and efficient in the bar and restaurant area. The chef, Nita, who looked after breakfast and the restaurant. We witnessed her offer to fetch an elderly guest toast despite being very busy. She interacted with everyone whilst cooking, clearing and serving all with a friendly smile. We saw with a lot of the staff, the excellent Sunday carvery, thete were staff on the floor helping everyone with their meals. Unable to name them all but thete was, I think, two Emma's who were engaging with customers. It was so nice to see. The food was excellent, the aforementioned carvery, the breakfasts and we have to mention our Ssturday night meal...they have a Thai menu, I believe cooked by Nita. It was fabulous. Plentiful fresh and tasty and, again served by some well trained young staff.
Our room was clean
The bed large and conformable and an excellent shower. We like a short break to supplement our foreign holidays each year and we are pretty certain we will be returning here."
"Great stay, clean room and very comfortable beds. It is a pub so obvious pub noise from downstairs but using common sense you’ll know to expect it. Would highly recommend staying here"
"Very friendly staff and good hotel for swimming, dog friendly, disabled accessible, nice bar and food was good (tho they ran out of some items). Nice golf clubhouse. Room was a bit run down and very warm. Good location to explore Wells, Cromer, Norwich and other areas"
"Very happy with our stay at this hotel. Plenty of parking. You register your car with their system so you don't get charged. The breakfast was nice, rooms clean and had everything you would need. Very happy with our stay and would choose to stay again."
