The location is great, with a lovely view of the sea and wonderful sights of the sunrise. We were there for new year week, and I did wonder whether in the summer it would be a bit noisy with the promenade fun fair just at the end of the road, but that wasn't a problem this time of year. In General a nice place, could do with a few maintenance updates, one of the single Divans have seen better days, the Shower in the Ensuite doesn't get very warm. The listing really should mention the tv is almost impossible as the wifi signal is bad and maybe have some games or puzzles available as we were not aware the tv would just buffer constantly.. Also instructions on central heating, oven etc as they were new to us and took a bit of figuring. It was just...

Beds not as large as we are used to, and pillows not too comfy, so no really good night's sleep. If the owner could ever put a glass front to the balcony, so you could sit and see the view, that would put the flat into another tier of excellence.
