"Worse place Iv ever stayed!! the room was freezing cold with no controls for the A/C. I went down late at night to see reception about it they gave me a little old heater would have been nice on check In. The bed was 2 singles pushed together with a hard lump in the middle.had a 3.30am wake up with a fire alam going off telling the whole building to evacuate. No apologies from the staff at all."

"The staff are lovely and always happy to help.
The room was clean and the perfect size for the 5 of us. Indoor pool was nice and warm.
Location is fantastic with free buses running around the city centre..
We will gladly stay again"
