"The property itself was cozy, however what disrupted my experience there was the bad Wifi and the fact that when I arrived to the room they still weren’t done cleaning it even when I was 3 hours late to my reservation time. They forced me to switch rooms due to this situation but it was an annoying delay."

"Had a great stay at the Melrose. Cute and secluded, but close to everything. The room was lovely, clean, and everything worked. When I called the front desk for assistance, they were on it promptly and made sure to communicate if they might take a little longer. Will be staying there again!!!"

"When I arrived to the hotel, there were people hanging out in the parking lot. They were patronizing the adjoining laundromat.
The main issue I had was an employee was sleep in my room when I attempted to enter.
Needless to say I was not pleased. I requested another room."
