"A very nice stay in Silkeborg. Lovely helpful staff at check-in. Nice and spacious suite 9 in the old building. I wouldn’t choose a room in the main building which has the feeling still of an old hospital in the corridors. The hotel has a very nice garden setting and peaceful location just outside the city centre and close to a beautiful lakeside swimming area. Easy parking onsite. "There was a party until 3 AM at the hotel with loud dance music. We were unable to sleep, which is very unfortunate when you just travelled eight hours and six time zones to get there. We talked about this with management and they did nothing."

"We stayed here for 12 days. It was very centrally located. We did change our room to the quiet side of the building and they were very helpful with our request. The breakfast buffet is awesome. We paid extra for parking which is tricky because some people park there without paying. It would be helpful if they provided a sign to put in your car so they can see."
