"Someone else’s clothes left in the bed "

"The room was fine. It wasn't spacious but suited us for one night. The air conditioning was on when we arrived. It was quite noisy so we switched it off as it wasn't that warm in the room. However, when we switched it off we could here a persistent humming noise which kept us awake. No idea where it was coming from but very annoying. Other than that, the room suited us and was very close to North Terminal. The only other thing that's worth mentioning is that there aren't any places to eat nearby. We found only one in the north terminal which was ok."

"Lovely hotel although the ‘double’ room would have better accommodated a single bed. It was a bit cramped. Staff were great. Hotel is fabulous and they have a pay carpark."

"Room was clean. Staff were helpful. Theres a shuttle bus that goes direct to the airport which was helpful. Would have liked a more secure lock on the door. Like a metal one you flip or something similar."
