Our 2 bedroom cottage has hardwood floors, updated kitchen, quiet dead-end street, private back yard with deck and gas grill, and a 'rumpus room' in the lower level. Just steps away from Perch Pond and a playground, or you can walk to the local boat landing and Great Bay swimming. Ocean Beaches (1.5 mi), Historic Downtown Falmouth (3 mi) and the Martha's Vineyard Ferries are just a short drive.
