"This Best western is relatively new and very nice. Unfortunately, the night that we were there it was very noisy and chaotic due to wedding guests, a reunion, and a possible team all staying there. The night duty person really tried and was eventually able to settle the kids down. we were just very very tired after a long travel dqy."

"Overall, the property looks run down, but the room was clean. Staff was nice, but other than Chris (who was fantastic), the rest were unhelpful. Cleaning the sliding doors (first impression) would go a long way, in my opnion. I think I would probably stay here again. The price was good, room was clean, pool was clean, laundry worked, and I felt safe. Oh-please enforce the no-smoking rule. The hallway was filled with cigarette smoke-which I reported, but it didnt stop."

"Alberto and Ericka were amazing 👏 Sadly, I encountered some issues. First, the bathroom ceiling was leaking. It got fixed but it took time. Secondly, the night before we had to check out. The room locked itself from the inside, so we could not get into our room. Then it took like half and hour to fix the problem. We were offered reward points that we will never use. The management never showed up next day to say sorry. I definitely not coming to this hotel ever. 😡😡😡😡😡"
