"Max warmly welcomed and gave us nice information about the farm, the 'barn' and the surrounding. We love the quiet and restful setting of the place. The lodging barn is almost fully self contained, clean and comfortable. Copland farm is centrally situated that makes the travels around Norfolk very convenient. Next time we visit Norfolk, we will definitely consider going back to Snow Owl Barn for the stay."

"The property it self was nice once you worked out the maze of entrances and where to find the Keys. Whilst there is parking it can be tight to navigate. upon arrival I was accosted by what I assume was a fellow guests looking for help in checking in, as it self check in. I felt a little swarmed and uncomfortable. The room itself was nice and spacious, clean and functional. Very Warm however due to the hot weather and a lack of aircon. "We had a great stay and enjoyed both the quality of the cottage and the excellent amenities. The host was attentive but not obtrusive and keen to make sure we had a nice time. Our 14 and 16 year olds really liked the hot tub and the large TV in each of the rooms, there are great views from the tub and cottage.The local Tesco is well stocked and only a 5 min drive away (walkable in 10-15 mins). The local high street also has a great selection of shops from a butchers, bakery, charity shops and...

Basic amenities to get you started straight after arrival like tea, suggar, milk, bread. Ideally situated in a quiet area with horse paddock right next to the cottage. Underfloor heating was very cozy, modern cooking area."
