"What a hidden gem! We were looking for an overnight on the Cape close to all our favorite places and this was the perfect place. Host so incredibly gracious - hospitality is alive at this place! The room was clean and spacious, the grounds immaculate and beautiful- pool and Adirondack chairs. The picnic basket in the morning was such a fun and delicious treat. We will be back!"

"The maid came each day to bring new towels, replenish coffee supplies, and make the beds. The front desk was helpful in getting WiFi to stay on and providing tea bags. Parking space was reserved with room number right outside the door."

"The pool water was murky/dirty upon check in on July 3. A sign stated that the pool would be inspected on July 15. It should have been repaired prior to the July 4th holiday! There has been a great change from last year's owners. We have stayed there several years in a row and the pool was clean. The breakfast hours have been reduced from 7 am to 9 am instead of 10 am. The variety of breakfast food has dramatically dropped in choices. The new owners are saving money on basic items and thus are...

"The room had been renovated but needs air circulation (more than A/C). It’s very damp - Has to eliminate a few earwigs and spider webs. The bed was comfortable but one nightstand was broken. Attached deck needs refinishing plus very weathered plastic furniture. Won’t stay again."
