"It was more than I expected. Spacious room. Very clean. Staff was extremely friendly. Definite must stay if u are in pattaya"

"My second stay here, and I will be back. One star off because of water issues during my stay, which was not the fault of the staff."

"Perfect place for walking to restaurants, fruit and vegetables markets, laundry shops. Location really doesn't get much better. Nice and quiet. Should note their is no joiner fee (guest friendly), which was nice. Found the rooms not to be clean. And to be run down. It does need some work overall throughout the building. Maybe they are planning on doing so. All in all, I would definitely book here again and recommend it to anyone."

"Great"

"Excellent location, clean, good service. No breakfast included."
