"This was our first time in Chicago and the location of the Warwick in The Magnificent Mile for shops and restaurants and convenience to the train was perfect. The staff were very professional and helpful at checkin. We extended our stay and our checkout and they were accommodating. Our room was clean, comfortable and adequate for our needs. They had free bottled water but not free coffee, nor many food choices from the counter. But again convenient to many restaurants . I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others."
