"I hate having to pay for parking at a hotel. Also breakfast buffet not included. Hotel was okay, a little outdated. Staff was very kind, especially the woman working the pool area. We were there for a soccer tournament and the girls were dying to go for a swim after a long day of soccer. About 10 girls rolled in 50 minutes before closing. The poor lady didn't say a word, but you could tell she was getting ready to close up for the night. she was so KIND!!"

"Check in starts at 3pm- not earlier. The hotel is pretty large to only have 1 check in person is a bit crazy. I arrived at 2pm and was told to come back at 3 for check in!!! When I got back the line was pretty long and again only 1 person. Several upset customers were waiting for several hours before 3. Not a good welcome"

"There were a very rude guy at the reception desk who was really nasty, the reservation was made but when we got at the desk, this guy tried to play us like he didn't have the reservation in the system, we tried to talk to him nicely but he was very very impolite while talking to a nice lady, the guy wasn't nice at all, I can't recommend someone to this hotel, the room service ladies were wonderful."

"Hampton gets high marks from me for the ADA room (101), the very kind staff, and the cleanliness of the room. However, the courtesy shuttle is NOT ADA. After spending a good 30 minutes getting to P3 to use the courtesy shuttle, I was forced to get an Uber. The shuttle did not accommodate a person in a wheelchair."

"The property was nice and well kept. It had a lot of amenities onsite, such was convenient. The rooms are spacious and comfy for the most part. The pillows though, flattest pillow I’ve never experienced. You had to fold them like 3x. It was wild. We even asked for extras, and they were the same. Made for uncomfortable sleep, unfortunately. Replace the pillows and we’d be back for sure!"

"Really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. One of the best things was the location it was extremely close to the mall, which made shopping and getting around super convenient. The hotel itself was very clean, and the staff were extremely helpful when it came to giving directions and assisting with anything we needed. Breakfast was nice, overall the experience was really nice and I would definitely stay again."
