"You must request your room to be serviced. I asked for clean towels and trash to be taken out but only received towels on table. Did not take old towels and did not take trash."

"The hotel was very clean but it smells old. It didn't affect my stay but it could use some updating. However, the staff was absoluting amazing and helpful. My son said it's pretty cool and we should visit again. Drury will be my first choice wherever I travel. They serve breakfast and dinner. They didn't mind me asking for extra to take for lunch the next day. The hotel is across the street from Union Station and the Aquarium. The metro is just across the parking lot of Union Station. We used it on two days. We stayed from Saturday- Wednesday. We hope to visit again!"
