"Nice, clean hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff. Fitness center was good. The elevators in the East and West towers are very slow, especially during busy times. We spent LOTS of time waiting for the elevators. "

"Stayed with my family for a weekend away, walking distance to the Dome & Arch. Breakfast was great, kids enjoyed the pool. Comfortable sitting areas in the lobby. Staff were very nice and I enjoyed the extra safety measures (entering the building and elevator). Room was clean and comfortable. We would stay here again. "

"I would not recommend this stay! Hotel is falling apart. The smoke detector was falling off the wall. The sheets had stains on them. The carpet had a huge hole in it, along with cigarette burns. The USB’s in the lamps didn’t work. The lampshades had tears and stains on them. The shower drain was filthy and had a huge crack at the back of the floor. The sink water actually got hotter than the water in the shower. We had to wait until 4:30 to check in because rooms were not ready. They were actually turning people around at 4 pm to go to the back of the line because their room wasn’t ready yet. Staff was friendly except when we checked out and pointed out the issues. It seemed like they knew about it but didn’t want to be bothered about it. Definitely not worth the price! I will say it was really easy and safe to get to The Dome for the concert. That is the only plus to the property. If you plan on going to the casino that is connected I wouldn’t set your hopes too high on that ether. It’s in the same disrepair as the hotel. "

"This was an average property. It was in close proximity to The Dome, which was the purpose of our stay. As a frequent traveler, I felt the price and fees for one night, were high. Also, I received an additional charge after our stay, late in the evening, which was not reflected on our statement. Needless to say, we will be selecting a different hotel during our next visit to St. Louis. "

"The room was dirty, sheets weren’t clean, bathroom was filthy, each light was different and flickering, HVAC was SOOO loud we were up all night, hall HVAC was like a train going through the hall. Avoid like the plague!!!"

"The hotel was great. I love the options to dine at the hotel. The brewery had amazing food with great staff and the breakfast buffet was wonderful. The front staff were all polite and friendly. The hotel store was open early and late which was very convenient. The area was also pleasant and had a lot to do within walking distance and it felt safe. "

"We booked this hotel for the vicinity to the Dome and for the known chain name. There were several issues during our stay that i think were significant due to the fact the hotel was sold out for the weekend: Parking is only valet and there was only one person working valet, so, could take up to 45min to get the vehicle 3 elevators but only 1 was working We didnt have hot water the first morning we showered The handle on our bathroom drawer was broken, the piece put in the drawer, when we arrived There were dirty dishes from the previous guest in the dishwasher, which caused the room to smell bad"
