"Unfortunately, my experience at this Motel 6 was very disappointing. During the extended stay I experienced multiple problems, including an unauthorized charge to my credit card after I had planned to pay in cash. I was told the charge would be refunded, but that it could take 7–10 business days, which created financial hardship. Communication regarding my reservation was also poor.
