"Everything about this stay was perfect! We loved it so much that we didn’t even mind being without power one of the days! Exploring the property was breathtaking! Visiting the town’s Wildflower cafe was delightful (even though much was closed due to the weather). We are excited to come back in the warmer season (may even consider bringing the kiddos)"

Very close to a great boat ramp, foggy Mountain Views, hot shower, plenty of room for boat parking, everything you could possibly need is there, clean, had a big buck (deer) in the yard one morning… Not sure if there is Wi-Fi? "My wife and I had a wonderful time at the cottage! Balpha was so welcoming and called to check in on us since we had to arrive late at night. It was a real treat getting to see DeSoto Falls from the second floor bedroom, and being so close we were able to walk there! Truly we were just in awe that this is where we were staying - the kitchen was so cute and had everything we needed to cook with, the bed were comfortable (nice soft mattress!), and there was so much space to just hang out and relax between the living room and the porch. I absolutely cannot wait until we’re able to visit again, this weekend did wonders for our stress levels and was the perfect getaway."
