"Terrible. Our keys didn't work. The room across from us very roudy. Didn't have a different room. So we got refunded and left"

"Was not able to stay in the room i reserved. Was provided a small discount for my inconvenience. But the room no longer met the needs of my family. The room was in poor repair. Pull out, mattress was very old and had a poor quality mattress. Furniture was damaged. Hotel staff was not able to bring additional towels to my room. I had to retrieve them on my own. Hot water did not last and long enough for a shower. Would not recommend or ever bring my family back."
