This hotel is in a good area and it’s convenient as you can get in and out easily you have restaurants around, you have everything you need around it. But the service they provide you is the best they are always asking you if everything is ok and to me that’s good customer service thank you"
"Great location. Clean. Elevator. Our room (Dolores Del Rio Suite) was very spacious with great city views. The staff is helpful and honest. We were overcharged upon checking in (I didn't know) and the desk personel notified us and refunded the difference.
I would highly recommend it."
