Nestled on the top floor and north end of the Lodge building—same building with the heated pool, hot tub, and fitness center—this spacious mountain retreat offers stunning views of iconic Engineer Mountain.

This beautifully appointed 2-bedroom + loft, 2-bath condo blends mountain charm with modern convenience. The full kitchen is stocked with all the appliances and cookware you need to feel right at home. Gather in the cozy living area, where floor-to-ceiling windows frame sweeping mountain vistas and an electric fireplace adds a touch of warmth to chilly evenings.

The main level features two comfortable bedrooms: a serene King suite with breathtaking views of Engineer Mountain, and a welcoming Queen bedroom perfect for guests or kids. Upstairs, a charming loft with two Twin beds provides a cozy nook for younger travelers or extra friends. Additional amenities include a washer/dryer and high-speed Wi-Fi (100+ Mbps), making this retreat as practical as it is peaceful.

ON-SITE AMENITIES AT THE LODGE INCLUDE: indoor pool, outdoor heated pool, outdoor hot tub, sauna, steam shower, fitness center, golf at a special discounted rate, tennis, pickleball, playground, 3 on-site restaurants, and event center. There is an EV Charging Station available for guest use in the Valley Clubhouse parking lot, adjacent to the Tamarron Lodge. Our Tamarron rental guests can play Glacier's 18-hole Valley Course at an exclusive discounted rate. Details will be provided in your rental instructions. There is a $20 per person ski shuttle to purgatory on weekends - tickets must be purchased in advance and the pick-up location is in the Valley Clubhouse parking lot.

LOCATION: Tamarron sits at around 7800 feet in elevation and is just 10 minutes south of Purgatory Ski Resort and 20 minutes north of downtown Durango. Many guests stay here to visit Purgatory Ski Resort, which offers a variety of restaurants, winter and summer activities, and festivals/events.

AWD or 4WD is recommended in Winter (Dec-Mar).

Book at least a week and a 10% discount is automatically applied (Excludes Christmas/New Years).

VRC CANCELLATION POLICY: At Vacation Rental Collective, we understand the importance of flexibility for travelers when it comes to cancellations. When booking directly with Vacation Rental Collective, we offer a Moderate Cancellation Policy for this Property: A guest will receive a 100% refund if canceled/changed at least 30 days before check-in; a 50% refund if canceled/changed 14-30 days before check-in; and no refund if canceled/changed 13 days or less before check-in. If you booked on a third-party site (VRBO, Airbnb, etc), your cancellation is subject to their policy. We do offer travel insurance.
