The main home is limited to 8 adults and 1 small child to preserve the comfort and quality of the stay.

For larger groups, an optional guest house is available for $179/night ($220 on holidays) and includes:

- 2 twin beds
- full bath
- its own air conditioning

With the guest house added, the property accommodates up to 12 guests total, with 5 bedrooms and 4.5 baths across both spaces.

This is a non-smoking, non-vaping, and no-pet property inside or anywhere on the grounds. To protect the quality of the home for all guests, please do not book if anyone in your group smokes or vapes.
