  • We recently remodeled the Julia Rose East to make it the perfect Downtown Durango stay for families and remote workers!
    You will be close to everything when you stay at our brand new sunny Farmhouse style East side of a DUPLEX with a large yard and 2 private entrances that are keyless entries.
    Perfect for families, reunions, remote workers and anyone who wants location, location, location in the heart of old town Durango! You will love the spacious open floor plan, large front porch with patio furniture, with everything you need for a great Durango Home Base vacation. Cats not allowed, dogs welcome.

Please do not leave dogs unattended for long periods of time and crated when not there.
We are a very strict no smoking on property - cigs, ecigs, etc.
