"Tidy, clean, outdated cottage vibe. Tristan is an amazing host!! Property is off limits to non-guests. Pet-friendly. Room was very clean. No bugs. Think of camping in a tent - but with solid walls, electricity, hot and cold water, and full bathroom - as well as heating and A/C. Beds: Not so comfortable. Bring a mattress topper or use an air mattress for comfort - and you're all set."

"Our stay was pleasant, only bathtub had a pink line around the top and the grout between the wall tiles was pretty bad. The apartment did look little tired, plates are scratched and banged up, wine glass cracked, the mount over the fire place was hanging for a dear life… that being sad, sheets were clean and we slept well."

"This place is good value for money. Loved having a kitchen and the TV/fireplace area is lovely. It could use some TLC (peeling paint, old grout, etc). It was cozy and warm, great location. The only downside was the mattress on the bed. It was very uncomfortable and we did not sleep well. I ended up sleeping on the sofabed on the third night, which was a bit better but also not great. Would definitely return if the mattress was upgraded."
