"Overall, this flat offered all we were looking for, a great price close to all the sights we were hoping to see. I assumed because it was a 3rd floor unit that there was an elevator, I was wrong. My husband is disabled so my own fault for not asking the question prior to booking. We didn't spend much time going up and down the stairs, and grandkids came in handy to retrieve meal deliveries. The place was exceptionally clean, up-to-date amenities, which included state of the art appliances. ...

"Before travelling to Washington I contacted the host to verify that the sofa in this unit was a pull out; we needed two sleeping areas. The host assured me that it was. Upon arrival, we discovered that it was not. The host eventually moved us to another unit. Communication with the host was not easy. As for this property, I would not recommend it. The bed was comfortable and the appliances were very nice. But there was a lot of noise inside the building, from doors slamming and footsteps. There...

"The interior of the apartment is nice and clean, however, the area is very unsafe, with drug dealing and police cars going on all night. People hung out all night right across the street, playing loud music and yelling, making it impossible to sleep through the night. There is no parking in the property so we had to park our car on the street right where all those people were partying"
