Bend linen a bit starchy, and of course they all use that industrial cleaner from sketchleys which smells terrible
The towels smelt terrible as well
It really should be that the linen and towels are cleaned with a domestic soap powder like aerial or bold, or with a conditioner like comfort so that customers get the wow factor of the room smelling like home rather than a hospital."
"Good facilities and really good size room. There were no spare pillows in the room (I don't want to have to ask), no toilet brush in the rest room which is fine if maid service makes a good job of cleaning the toilet; which they didn't. Beginning of mould in shower could have done with a deep clean in bathroom.No air conditioning in rooms really isn't good enough in this day and age. Also used for corporate clients/company retreats/training and they seemed a bit rowdy, need to actively manage...
