"Unfortunately, our stay was very disappointing. By the time we arrived, the front desk was closed, so we had to check in using a lockbox. When we entered the room, it was obvious that it had not been properly cleaned. There was a dirty, used washcloth left in the bathroom, and one of the beds had not even been made.
