"An amazing view and a brilliant hotel. They gave us two connecting rooms for our family of 4 and it was a lot of room. No air conditioning which meant it was hot but they provided fans. "I sent an email asking the hotel about public transport to get to the hotel and the worker Valentina told me the trains to get I tild her TAXI was not an option. 90 euros taxi 70 euros night at the hotel. To our surprise trains were not working due to maintenance she should have told me. I was till 2 o' clock in the morning picking up buses and trains and there was NO possible way to get to Brunello. "We spent 5 wonderful days in May at the Belvedere. The rooms have an incredible lake view and are just lovely. The breakfast, included, has a generous selection. We dined 3 nights at the hotel restaurant which is absolutely elegant and offers delicious food. The staff was helpful and very courteous. The island is very small and everything is “right there”. Definitely a place we will remember and go back to!"
