Good location for downtown events. Staff is friendly and helpful. Decor is dated and worn. Dust in corners of room like it hadn't been vacuumed in months. Parking lot has potholes.

After staying several nights in places that had quiet hours, it was quite loud after midnight. The restaurant is great. Wonderful views.

Desk staff was courteous. Parking was convenient. Room could have been cleaner.
Staff were very friendly. The restaurant on the top has beautiful views.
Breakfast was very good but not very hot.
Bedding was clean.
Hotel is dated and in need of some TLC and updates.
Most frustrating thing was the $100 hold they put on my debit card for “incidentals” that may not be returned for 10 days.

Ok... This is a complex review. Overall we loved the stay. The staff, rotating restaurant, food served, and views from our room were fantastic 👌
The hotel itself is pretty run down with dated wall paper that's peeling and drywall cracks along the door hinges on the inside of the room door. The A/C panel in the room was coming off exposing the electrical guts. The hot tub was not working during our stay. It felt like a roadside motel in the sky.
All of that is to stay that we really didn't mind that negative stuff that much because it felt pretty cool being in that building. It was like a cool 70s groovy vibe and we look forward to going back sometime!
I guess we like 'roughing' it and making the best of a situation. Thanks Radisson Duluth!
We’ve stayed here in the past and loved this location because of the revolving 360 rooftop bar and the hot tub / pool mostly.
It’s been a few years but this place has gotten pretty rundown in that time which was kind of disappointing. The hot tub was broken which sucked because we all showed up in our swimsuits and ended up going back up to our room. The parking area and entry lot was pretty dirty and dingy and could stand to be pressure washed and repaired. The rooms were pretty dated. Overall for the price not very worth it anymore unfortunately.

The staff are amazing! So courteous, always ready to help in any way they can, and always with a smile!
Staff was nice, restaurant closed early every night during 4th of July weekend. A lot of run down areas of the hotel especially outside. No nice area to sit, glass all over the covered parking deck with no lighting (rather very dim lighting….people could easily be hurt on something or by someone under there at night. Parking ramp was ok on top but still not clean. Room however was decently cleaned.

Place was okay to stay at. Our shower had no curtain, room smelt like smoke, our air conditioning didn't keep the room cool. Room was clean unlike the elevator.
This is a hotel that is conveniently located between "downtown" Duluth and the canal (where there are a lot of fun shops and restraunts). You can walk and don't have to worry about parking on busy event days.
Dated hotel. But great view of the lake. Still clean with ample parking. Good deal for the price.

The room was okay but the reception in the television had issues and the bathroom was a bit small and odd. Seemed clean enough. The staff was friendly and helpful and the food at the restaurant was great.

Unfortunately the radiator/AC unit fan was VERY loud all night & also made a loud rattling sound. We tried to turn the fan on low which did nothing. The only option was to turn it off which made the room very muggy. The hallways also smelled very strongly of marijuana in the entire hotel. We also found dirty cups in the corner of our room & crumbs in our bed. We ended up checking out a day early & going to a Holiday Inn Express which was great! The staff was very kind & helpful at the front desk.

This is a lovely OLD hotel which is in need of more than fresh paint and wallpaper. My husband remembers staying there with his parents 50 years ago. I love breakfasting in the rotating restaurant.
However, the hotel is old and tired and maybe needs to be replaced. The exterior facade is crumbling, the elevators struggle, the pie-wedge shaped rooms are awkward, and it is just far past its prime
