Radisson Hotel Duluth - Harborview
"Elevators were not working. Never could get to the top to use the restaurant during restaurant hours. Had to go to main floor for water for the coffee makers. no vending machines on 3rd floor. The air conditioning in my room did not work the entire stay. No air circulation or cold air so stuffy. ..."
